Op 20 november 2019 vindt er in Groningen een symposium plaats als afsluiting van het project gericht op LHBTQIA jeugdigen in de jeugdhulp.  Zie hieronder de aankondiging in het Engels:

Symposium Caring for LGBTQIA+ Youth: Developing Inclusive and Affirmative Care

Project Audre commemorates the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child with a symposium about LGBTQIA+ youth in care. The symposium will gather care experienced young people, students, researchers, practitioners and policymakers to discuss the experiences and needs of LGBTQIA+ youth with the child protection system. The team will present the main findings of Audre project, and provide insight on how to create safe and supportive environments in which LGBTQIA+ youth can feel loved and valued.
